I absolutely loved the beautiful decor and ambiance of this conference venue. The elegant furnishings and charming artwork created a warm and inviting atmosphere. The general areas were spacious and easily accessible, making it perfect for senior people like myself to move around comfortably. The hotel's location in the district of Bensberg offered stunning views of Cologne, adding to the overall charm of the place. I truly enjoyed spending my time here.

One small improvement I would suggest for a better vacation experience for senior people is the need for more attentive staff. At times, the children working there seemed a bit overwhelmed and could benefit from providing more personalized service.

No air conditioning.

The staff were really nice. The hotel is located near a stroke of forest, offering a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Spectacular view of Cologne. Super friendly staff. Big parking. Excellent service. Very calm area. Rich breakfast.

A fancy hotel with a touch of simplicity. Friendly staff, yummy breakfast, and cows that make the place look like a fairytale.

So sad they didn't have a bar, any drinks, or food. It's ok, they just asked me to walk around to find my own dinner while starving.

The hotel had a fitness center and a bar/lounge, great for working out and grabbing a drink afterwards. They even offered free use of bicycles, because I definitely wanted to bike around Bergisch Gladbach in my fancy clothes.

I had to walk so far from the reception to my room, it's like they thought exercise was a good thing. Ugh, not in my 3-star hotel!
